Important Reminders, Updates & Helpful Hints:

Annual Meeting: The Annual Meeting will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday July 29th at the Cliff House.
Board of Managers Elections: This year there will be positions expiring on the Board. Any owner interested in a position should fill out the attached form and return it to Mercantile Property Management no later than June 30, 2010. The names of all interested owners will appear on the ballet. All candidates must be in "good standing" with their fees, which means you may not have been delinquent for more than 60 days within the past 12 month period.
Annual Golf Tournament and Barbeque: Save the date! Sunday August 1, 2010. The event is open to all Condo Three residents and their guests. Details will be mailed in July to all owners and tenants or click here to view more information.
The August Board meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Thursday August 19th at the Cliff House. Click here for a list of all upcoming meeting dates.
The May 2010 minutes are available. Minutes from the June 2010 meeting will be posted once approved by the Board at the July meeting.
Window Replacement & Federal Tax Credits for Energy Efficiency: Read more about the federal tax credits available for replacement windows, storm doors and hot water heaters. Reminder: All wood windows must be replaced by owners before May 1, 2011. Replacement windows must be vinyl casement windows in the same style and size as the window being replaced. No double hung windows allowed. Please click here for a copy of the letter that was sent to all owners on June 10 offering more information on window replacement procedures and specifications.
Attention Owners Interested in Recycling: Did you know there is a recycling Transfer Station located less than 1 mile away on Hedges Pond Rd? The hours of operation are Wednesday and Saturday, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The annual fee for a recycling sticker is $12.00, and this year it must be purchased at the Department of Public Works Administrative Office at the Town Hall. Also new this year is the requirement to present the DPW with a copy of a letter from the Association that proves that White Cliffs Three has regular trash pick up.
